Zucchini Bread

 Zucchini Bread



3 Cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1Tbl Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cardamon
3 Eggs
1 cup Olive oil 1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1 tblsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zuchini
1 cup walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Grease Pan and line bottom with parchment paper square
Combine dry ingredients
Cream the eggs one at a time with the sugar until light and fluffy
Add vanilla
Add butter and oil, alternating slowly until combined
Mix 30 seconds on medium
Stir in zuccini and walnuts
Pour into prepared pans
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour until it comes out clean

Cool n pan for 10 minutes

turn out and cool completely on a baking rack
