Alfredo Sauce

 - Alfredo Sauce -

1/2 cup
2 cups cream
2-3 cups Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic

Boil 1 lb of pasta, set aside
Simmer the butter and cream for about 5 minutes.
Whisk in the Parmesan cheese and garlic
Whisk in prepared pasta
Serve with cracked black pepper and fresh parmesan cheese
