Walnut Salad Dressing

Walnut Salad Dressing

1/2 cup walnut oil

4 Tblsp red wine vinegar

1 Tblsp French mustard

1/2 - 1 Tblsp sugar

1/4 tsp minced garlic

1/4 - 1/2 tsp pepper

Whisk all of the ingredients together until well blended.
