Guacamole

Guacamole
4 ripe Hass avocados
juice of one lime
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sour cream
10 drops Tabasco
 salt and pepper to taste

Cut the avocados in half. Remove the seed. Scoop out the avocado into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork until it is a consistency you like.
Add all of the other ingredients, reserving a little of the lime juice.
Mix until everything is incorporated.
Season to your taste.

Squeeze the remaining lime juice over the top of the guacamole. Cover with wax paper or plastic wrap. Be sure to press the paper or wrap down on the guacamole. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. The lime and plastic wrap will help keep the guacamole from  turning brown on the surface.
Serve with tortilla chips.
