Sarah, my sixteen year old daughter, loves asian recipes. She likes her recipes filled with spices and hot peppers. Her desire to research recipes and see them come alive in the kitchen is something I want to nurture. On the other hand, I don't relish the thought of hot peppers and hot oil flying all over the kitchen. So, we took her Asian cooking outside.
