Balsamic Glaze

1 cup balsamic vinegar

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup Chardonnay

5 - 10 drops of red pepper sauce

Combine the vinegar and sugar in a heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil. Continue to stir until the sugar is dissolved.  Add the remaining ingredients and reduce to about 1 1/2 cups.
